    Frontier Park Outdoor Electrical Improvements

    RFQ packets will only be sent to contractors on the small works roster used for this project. Email pcpurchasing@co.pierce.wa.us to obtain a copy of this Small Works Bid.

    Your quote must be received by the time and date specified in the Request for Quotations and must be submitted on the forms in the RFQ packet. You may email your quote to pcpurchasing@co.pierce.wa.us by APRIL 7, 2017 NO LATER THAN 2:00 PM.

    SCOPE OF WORK: Provide all materials and labor to install a new electrical pedestal and panel, RV panels, and overhead Lights. Coordinate and pay all fees for connection of the new electrical pedestal and panel to an existing Tacoma Power transformer. Provide a complete and working electrical system for use by RV visitors to Frontier Park including overhead LED lights.

    PRE-BID WALK THROUGH: Thursday, March 30, 2017 at 10:00 AM Meet in front of the Frontier Lodge Building under the canopy. No other such opportunity is anticipated or planned

    NOTE: Quotes will only be accepted from contractors who are both listed in Pierce County's Small Works Roster and have an active Washington State Contractor's License at the time the quotes are due. If you are not in the Small Works Roster used for this RFQ at the time the bids are due, your bid will NOT be considered.
