    Vehicle & Vessel License Subagent Business Proposal

    SEALED PROPOSALS will be received until 4:00 PM on the date specified in the Request for Proposals, at the Pierce County Purchasing Office, 950 Fawcett Ave, Suite 100, Tacoma WA 98402. The outside envelope must be clearly marked with company name, the RFP number and due date.

    Due date is 4:00 PM, April 3, 2017.

    All interested potential proposers must email the contact on the front page of this RFP to request to be put on the Holder’s list for this procurement in order to receive RFP addenda and updates. By requesting to be placed on the Holders list, firms will automatically be notified when new documents or changes relating to this procurement occurs.

    Evaluation of Pierce County’s FLSA Designations and “Full-Time” Classification

    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Pierce County, Washington seeks to acquire the services of a consultant to evaluate the County’s designations of employees as “exempt” or “non-exempt” under the Fair Labor Standards Act, as well as the County’s definition “full-time” in terms of hours worked per week.
