Brian Devereux - Puyallup School District 10/29/15 2:01 PM I am writing to express my opposition for, as I understand it, the proposal to amend the message hold time for a minimum of 60 seconds for all electronic message signs. Such a change would be viewed negatively by our schools who operate an electronic message sign. Currently the required hold time is 20 seconds in unincorporated Pierce County and only 2 seconds required within the City of Puyallup. I have not come across any evidence or comments demonstrating a need to increase the message hold time. Thank your for your consideration.
