John Leslie 11/22/24 10:43 PM It is coming time to pay the piper. Federal Covid and other funding is finite and funding the bloated dreams already put into action will no longer be feasible. When criminals are not held because of lack of capacity as projected in the Comprehensive Plan in favor of non essential spending on Parks, Trails, Homeless, Etc. The public will be endangered. All this coupled with the impending court action on Public Defenders which could make this budget look insignificant. This budget needs to be immediately withdrawn and slashed severely.
Ryan Holland 11/24/24 10:01 PM The modifications to certain line items on this Biennial Budget displays certain funds needing increase that will require another increase on the next budget cycle. All that's happening is a needed for more and more taxpayers money with no return on investment. Observing the allocation adjustments raises a red flag from what I am seeing and I ask all council members to vote NO on this ordinance. Thank you.
Judi Moody 11/25/24 8:16 PM Vote No and table please.
