Title: An Ordinance of the Pierce County Council Related to Wheeled All-Terrain Vehicles; Responding to Resolution No. R2022-78; Amending Chapter 10.26 of the Pierce County Code, "Wheeled All-Terrain Vehicles," to Authorize the Use of Street-Legal Wheeled All-Terrain Vehicles on a Specific Segment of Orting-Kapowsin Highway East and the Segments Known as the "Farm Loop" in the Orting Area; and Setting an Effective Date.
