Title: An Ordinance of the Pierce County Council Repealing Pierce County Code Chapter 18J.17, "Small Lot Design" and Adopting a New Chapter 18J.17, "Urban Infill Design"; Amending Section 10.24.055, "Parking Prohibited on Narrow Streets in Urban Infill Design Developments"; Chapter 17B.20, "Construction and Infrastructure Regulations – Road and Bridge Design and Construction Standards"; Section 18.25.030, "Definitions"; Chapter 18A.15, "Density, Setbacks and Lot Dimension"; Chapter 18A.35, "Parking"; Chapter 18A.37, "Accessory Development – Residential"; Chapter 18A.65, "Affordable Housing Incentives"; Chapter 18A.75, "Use Permits"; and Chapter 18J.15, "Countywide Design Standards and Guidelines," to Provide Flexibility in the Design and Layout of Residential Developments in a Manner that Supports Infill and Redevelopment Standards to Support a Greater Choice in Entry-Level Homeownership Opportunities; Adopting Findings of Fact; and Setting an Effective Date.
