Joe Zaichkin	10/12/20 1:05 PM	Proposals of this magnitude need to be discussed and voted on when the public can attend these meetings in-person. It's difficult and unreliable using the remote system. We need accountability for such major legislation, proposals, resolutions, or ordinances. We can wait until the governor's proclamations are lifted and do these critical projects that affect so many Pierce County residents in such a major way. Do this in-person. Thanks, Joe Zaichkin
