Soltess Robert 7/3/19 8:57 AM I am strongly in favor of this proposal. We should be putting more emphasis on sustainability efforts across the county given the climate crisis that is already upon us. Lowering the County's carbon footprint is critical. I was very unhappy to find that the County had stepped away from its Sustainability 2020 plan reporting and reassigned the Sustainability Officer. Distributed responsibility often leads to neglect. Sustainability is a critical issue and needs a strong centralized point in the County to manage and advocate and track the County's performance. Please pass this proposal.
