2014-58s An Ordinance of the Pierce County Council Providing for the Issuance of Sewer Revenue Bonds of the County in the Aggregate Principal Amount of $37,000,000, for the Purpose of Providing Part of the Funds to Finance Improvements to the Sewer Utility Identified in the 2013-2018 Capital Facilities Plan, to Pay Costs Related to the Issuance of the Bonds, and to Satisfy the Reserve Requirement; Fixing or Setting Parameters With Respect to Certain Terms and Covenants of the Bonds; and Appointing the Director of the Budget and Finance Department as the County's Designated Representative to Approve the Final Terms of the Sale and Issuance of the Bonds and to Take Certain Other Actions With Respect to the Issuance of the Bonds.
