An Ordinance of the Pierce County Council Relating to Chapter 3.12 of the Pierce County Code (PCC), "Code of Ethics"; Amending Sections 3.12.040, "Financial Disclosure," 3.12.070, "Ethics Commission," and 3.12.080, "Enforcement Procedures"; Repealing Sections 3.12.085, "Breach of Confidentiality - Civil Infraction," and 3.12.086, "Exemption from Public Disclosure"; and Adopting New Sections 3.12.086, "Ethics Commission Records," and 3.12.088, "Ethics Commission Meetings," for the Purpose of Removing Certain Confidentiality Requirements and Penalties Related Thereto, and to Refer to State Open Meetings and Public Records Laws as the Governing Regulations for Ethics Commission Meetings and Records; and Amending Section 3.12.090, "Civil Penalties - Other Sanctions Preserved".
