A Resolution of the Pierce County Council Related to the Pierce County System Wide Improvement Framework (SWIF) Plan, Pertaining to an Agreement with the United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) to Provide a Systematic Approach to Levee Maintenance and Capital Improvements as Established under the Requirements of Federal Public Law (PL) 84-99; Directing Public Works Surface Water Management to Submit the SWIF Plan to the USACE, and Expressing County Intent to Implement the SWIF Plan Once Accepted by the USACE.
